YG156AG Yarn Twist Tester is used to test yarn twist, which can measure number of turns, twist, mean number of turns, mean turn, mean twist, max value of twist, min value of twist, CV value of twist, unevenness of twist, and twist coefficient. It is up to the now national standard of testing yarn twist(《Textiles First part of yarn twist testing: direct counting GB/T 2543.1--2001》, 《Textiles Second part of yarn twist testing: untwist & re-twist method GB/T 2543.2--2001》, 《Air-spinning yarn testing: untwist & re-twist method FZ/T 10001--2006》). It can be tested as “direct counting”, “untwist & re-twist method A”, “untwist & re-twist method B”, the twist direction can be set “S” and “Z” according to needs. This instrument is used in reseaching and testing yarn twist units such as textile enterprises, textile high schools, institutions etc.
MAIN FEATURES
Automatic test, replacing yarn tube, catching yarn, delivering yarn, clamping yarn, feeding yarn, making zero, and spacing sampling can be finished automatically. Spacing sampling sets length according to needs, and testing data processes automatically without manual intervention.
